TERMS OF SERVICE

By requesting a commission, you agree to the following terms.

Basic informationContact via email, Discord, or VGen
Digital artwork only. No physical items will be shipped.
Completion time: up to 2 months
Visual references are required
I will always sign my artwork (do not remove or edit it)
No use of my work in NFTs or AI/machine learning🖼️ Usage Rights
You may repost the artwork with credit ("Art by Cuarenta Escudos")
You may print for personal use or as a gift
You may not resell, profit from, or edit my artwork without permissionTypes of Commissions
Personal Use → non-commercial (icons, banners, social media, etc.)Commercial Use → includes usage rights (streaming, products, covers, etc.). Price will be at least x2 depending on intended use

Accepted methods: PayPal invoice or VGen platform

Commercial Usage Rights: Inquire
Additional Character: +100% of the base price
Extras (eg. tattoos, props, etc.): +25% base price
NDA/Privacy Fee: +30% of the final price
Background Fee: +30% of the base price
Characters not previously designed (or custom new clothes) will be considered custom with a +120% extra charge.Revisions & Refunds
I will share progress at each stage
Minor changes are free; large edits or redraws may incur extra fees
No full refunds. Partial refunds only in case of long delays or emergenciesPriority Commissions (Rush)

Rush fee: +50% of total price

Ordering

I. Sending a Request
You can send your request through the Google Form below or via VGen.
Please allow some time for review.If you don't receive a reply within 1–2 months, it means I will not be accepting your commission at that time.Once all the details are confirmed, I will send an invoice via PayPal or accept your request directly through VGen.Your commission will be added to the queue once payment is received.

II. Revisions
Thumbnailing: Up to 2 major revisions*Sketching & coloring: Up to 2 minor revisions per phase**💡 Suggestions initiated by me won’t count toward these limits.Further client-requested changes will be charged extra based on complexity.
No edits will be made after final delivery.Major revisions: pose, perspective, lighting, background, etc.
Minor revisions: fixing small details that were incorrect based on the original character design.III. Finalization
You will receive your finished commission via the email you submitted in the request form.
